Welcome to the RealPage Vendor Credentialing account start-up page!  In order to begin your vendor credentialing program, we are asking for your cooperation to provide specific information about your properties, vendors and insurance selections.  The information below will guide you on what information is needed.  Please prepare all the documents requested then upload them at the same time to the form below.

Information Needed

Company Contact Information – The contact information for the property management company and the primary contact for this program will be added to the form below.

Property List – Please download this template and add the details about each property in the appropriate point in the spreadsheet.  Property List Template  Save that to your computer so you can upload it to the form below.

Vendor List – Please download this template Vendor List Template and add the details about each vendor in the appropriate field.  Save that to your computer so you can upload it in the form below.  Also include vendors that work off-site such as apartment locators or supply deliveries.  Not all vendors are required to be credentialed such as; public utilities, government agencies, insurance companies, petty cash accounts and non-profit companies.

Company Logo – Company logo in jpg format.  This will be used on letters to vendors we send on your behalf to invite them to become a credentialed vendor for you.  You may upload that in the form below a

General Liability Insurance Selections – You may choose to have the general liability limits set based on the risk level of the vendor’s industry code of (Low, Moderate, High or Towing).  See the list of industry codes and associate risk levels here Industry Risk Levels  Or, you may choose to set the same general liability limit for all vendors.
